Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Executes, assesses, and troubleshoots server software and hardware. This may include but is not limited to; configuration, operation, support and documentation for all server and storage components, server infrastructure software and hardware. May be familiar with aspects of system administration. This may include but is not limited to; upgrades from previous releases, backup and recovery, storage management, using journaling, understands the differences between different types of ASPs and their uses, and has strong skills such as HMC skills. Serves as the primary contact to provide support to other departments. This may include but is not limited to the Infrastructure team or for software products such as Jack Henry & Associates (JHA). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Supports the entire life cycle of Infrastructure components including Physical hardware. o Interacts and fosters knowledge exchange between the team members. o Serves as primary contact to troubleshoot and remediate 3rd Tier issues impacting the operation such as the corporate infrastructure o Documents the design, operation and troubleshoots technology platforms and procedures of complementary products. o Provides high quality support as well as delivers IT services to other IT teams and Line of Business end users. o Writes and/or maintains programming script to enhance functionality as necessary. o Ability to interact regularly with managers, clients, vendors and agencies on a daily basis. o Participate in the design and implementation of technologies and platforms o Coordinates with network administrators, systems analysts, programmers, and other software engineers to resolve any defects in products or company systems o May develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments, as well as incremental backups as required o May load and test operating system and application software releases, fixes in both development/test operating system and application software releases, and fixes in patches (performances and file tuning utilities) o May develop UAT environment refresh process for multiple environments o May develop, document and maintain procedures for Disaster Recovery Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job: Experience may include, but is not limited to: o 4 to 6 years IT Experience. o 3 years recent experience on Windows servers, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. o 3 years recent experience with VMWare or Hyper-V. o Knowledge in programming languages including VBScript and PowerShell o OS upgrades and full system restore (as if from site-down crash) o Experience in managing partitioned systems o Understand internal controls and change management processes o Prioritize and balance multiple tasks o Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential Qualifications may include, but are not limited to: o Microsoft MCP (preferred) o VMWare VCP (preferred) o SCCM (preferred) o Database and Operating Systems Experience with MS SQL, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, Windows XP & 7. o Hands-on infrastructure troubleshooting experience. o Demonstrated ability to deliver IT projects on-time and on-budget o Demonstrated experience successfully working in Cross Functional project teams o Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, very fluid, "dynamic" environment o 2-4 year college diploma or university degree in computer science, and/or 3-5+ years equivalent work experience. Physical Requirements: o Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. o Occasionally drives. o Frequently sits, stands and walks. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
