Reports To:
Director of Pharmacy
Primarily responsible for handling our services dedicated to our infusion program in Oncology. The infusion services dedicated pharmacist would be responsible for order review of new oncology regimens to ensure that the orders are accurate and acceptable for the cancer being treated and that the regimen is in-line with the most current recommendations. Stay up-to-date on current recommendations so that they are the best resource for the oncologist, offering support and clarification for new chemotherapy regimens. Provide a great deal of support to not only the oncologist but also to the rest of the oncology and pharmacy staffs as well.
Work Schedule:

Must be able to work non-standard hours. Must be able to receive calls at home.
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy & Master's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required.
Computer Skills
Must exhibit basic computer knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.
Must exhibit basic computer knowledge
Certificates & Licenses
Must have a valid Indiana pharmacist's license, or eligable within 60 days of hire. Certified in Oncology

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
