Director, Quality

As Director of Q&O, you will partner with physicians and leaders to build reliable, integrated, clinical to achieve excellence and best practices related to quality, safety, risk and compliance. As a clinical partner, you will focus on clinical care delivery strategies that ensure patient-centered care and quality outcomes. You will standardize quality measurement, ensure compliance with regulatory quality programs, apply rigorous methodology and data-driven approaches for process improvement in clinical quality and support physician peer review. As a strategic quality leader, you will influence quality and outcomes across the continuum of care and across clinical sites. Under the direction of the President/CEO and in collaboration with Accreditation and Infection Prevention & Control, you will spearhead continuous improvement in quality and outcomes.
Bachelors degree in nursing preferred or related field required.
Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare leadership with documented achievement in quality.
Licensed as RN or related field.
Prefer a minimum 3 years proven experience as a leader within quality and compliance.
Prefer a minimum of 3 years experience in quality/compliance leadership, change management, patient safety, LEAN, Six Sigma.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
