Responsibilities:
Administer company policies in a fair and consistent manner
Conduct and document workplace investigations
Investigate associate situations and make appropriate recommendations
Ensure fairness and consistency with all disciplinary actions
Proactively resolve associate issues
Interpret and support company policies
Provide customer service to all associates
Participate in or lead project activity
Daily Tasks:
Follow written and verbal instructions
Support, communicate and enforce all company policies and procedures
Conduct workplace investigations
Administer disciplinary actions
Use computer and systems to compile, organize and report data
Interact in a production environment in resolving problems, concerns, and issues
Support rotational off shift coverage (early and late shift)
Experience:
3+ years Employee (Labor) Relations within a manufacturing environment

Degree or Related Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
