Summary:
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Terminal Manager providing complete Management oversight for the Vehicle Handling department and handling the responsibilities such as interviewing and hiring applicants, training new hires, daily planning, safety meetings, directing workflow.
You will provide leadership and management oversight for the Prep, Switching and Mechanical departments.
You will ensure site compliance with Safety, SOP, and customer requirements.
