By cultivating relationships with donors, churches, corporations and foundations You help Clarity provide holistic prevention, intervention, and restoration care that is focused on helping every individual invest in themselves, empowering them to make wise decisions and find healing based on education, truth and compassion.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and programs.
Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, churches, and grant-making organizations.
Identify and pursue opportunities for individual and corporate giving, including major gifts, and annual campaigns.
Collaborate with the development team to drive fundraising initiatives and meet revenue targets.
Maintain accurate donor records and provide regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or related field Proven track record of success in nonprofit fundraising, with at least 3 years of experience.
Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement fundraising plans aligned with organizational goals.
Knowledge of fundraising software and databases (e.
g.
, DonorPerfect) preferred.
Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
