Maintenance Electrical Specialist

Role As an Electrician (also known as Electrical Technician, Maintenance Electrician), you'll be a key part of the Facility Maintenance Team, performing preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of plant systems.
Your responsibilities will include daily assessments of systems, assisting other trades in equipment maintenance and repair, maintaining a clean working environment, and installing, troubleshooting, and repairing facility electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, apparatus, and devices.
You'll also have extensive knowledge of motor and motor controls, variable frequency drives, PLC controllers, and power distribution systems.

Qualifications Completion of Electrical Apprenticeship Program or graduation from a certified technical school and achieved Journeyman status.
5-7 years of related experience in a manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Hydraulics, and HVAC.
