Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiry calls from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources.
-Conduct community tours -Manage admission process by maintaining updated bed availability and community services information at all times.
-Manage occupancy levels and census -Make calls to outside the community to medical, insurance, legal, and financial professionals, and senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners, and other community contacts.
-Work with social workers to utilize bed management.
-Recommend admission decisions to community management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment -Market the facility in surrounding areas -Hold and lead marketing meetings with other department managers -Be able to work as a team to show growth in census We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
